Help Prevent Injury

Padding and shock absorption built within the OrthoSole insole assist replacing the stiff, fatty padding under the ball of the foot and the heel, reducing the strain on the internal soft tissue structures.

A graduated heel raise increases the flexibility of the ankle joint reducing the strain on the outer ankle ligaments, decreasing the likelihood of ankle sprains and reducing the stretch on the Achilles tendon.

An adaptable density pad in the midfoot decelerates forces coming onto the toes helping to prevent fractures and soft tissue tears.

Providing Cushioning & Comfort

The interchangeable thickness and densities of the arch and metatarsal pads mean the OrthoSole insole can conform to a wider variety of footwear and cater for a greater range of activities.

No more rigid, bulky orthotics that you can’t fit into your shoes because you have options of a Thin Style, Lite Style and a Max Cushion that can be tailored specifically to suit your foot type.

Assist Recovering From Injuries

Diabetes can increase the forces going onto the ball of the foot. A combination of an arch support and a metatarsal pad on an OrthoSole insole will help reduce pain in flat footed patients.

Due to muscle wasting, the arch of a diabetic foot can often be very high leading to tendon and muscular injuries. The variation in arch support offered by OrthoSole, allows a faster recovery.

The shock absorbing Poron material and arch support within all the OrthoSole range can help relieve the pressure on the shins.

Provide Balance & Stability

The arch and metatarsal support on the OrthoSole insole has shown to improve the strength of the intrinsic muscles around the arch which in turn, aids balance and stability when walking.

The shape of the heel of the OrthoSole insole can control inward and outward movements of the heel.

The flexibility of the OrthoSole at the front of the foot reduces the need for the toes to retract when walking. This creates stability at the midfoot and reduces pressure on the top of the toes.
