INTERNAL NOSE CLIP
The nose clip, placed internally between the layers of filtering material, adapts optimally to the profile of the nose and eyes, ensuring good visibility and maximum compatibility with glasses.

TEXTILE ELASTICS
The elastic bands are made of enduring and high-performance textile material. The addition of a backing layer allows the elastics to adhere to the filter body without the use of exposed metal parts.

Armor® layer
It is an external protective layer that ensures the protection of the filtering material from dirt, dust and liquids as well as the normal mechanical stress due to prolonged use thus extending and preserving filtering efficiency and making the device safer.

RIGID INNER CORE
The addition of the innovative inner core ensures solidity to the filtering facepiece and high breathing performance.

High breathability
The filter material has a water vapour transmission ratio (amount of vapour able to pass through it) of 3380 g/m². This value is much higher than that of the vast majority of our competitors. Tests performed according to ASTM E96/E96M.

AVAILABLE IN TWO SIZES
This series is available in two different sizes, S and M/L, to perfectly fit all face types. The S size was specifically designed for female faces.

EOLO® EXHALATION VALVE
An ultralight membrane concentrates the exhaled air into two zones of maximum aperture, 30% wider than before. With these improvements breathing resistance decreases significantly.

AVAILABLE WITH ACTIVATED CARBON (soon available)
An activated carbon layer may be added to the respirator to protect from nuisance odours caused by gases and vapours, both organic and acidic, including ozone (ideal for welding operations), in concentrations below the threshold limit value (TLV).

The SR 100 half mask is an Air Purifying Respirator (APR) made of silicone in three sizes, i.e. S/M, M/L and L/XL. The mask is equipped with two exhalation valves, which ensures very low exhalation resistance. The valve covers with partitions effectively protect the exhalation membrane against dust and paint mist. The material and pigment of the mask body are approved by FDA and BGA for foods, which minimizes the risk of contact allergies. The easily adjustable elastic head harness straps of the mask are designed as a V-shaped loop and have a large dished crown plate, which contributes towards a comfortable and safe fit. The mask is used either as an APR in combination with filters and/or cartridges from the Sundström range, or in combination with the SR 307 compressed air attachment, this combination is called a Type C Continuous Flow Supplied Air Respirator (SAR). SAFETY CELL PROTECTION
As part of JSP's ongoing product development philosophy the EVO® VISTA® has not just been designed to meet a standard but to exceed it on many levels. JSP prioritise the needs and safety of the wearer, and the safety cell is born from that commitment. The safety cell concept prevents ricocheting debris travelling up the eyewear and impacting the scalp. In addition the overspec cannot make contact with the scalp, preventing injury should it be forced back on to the safety cell.
PRESCRIPTION PROTECTION
Fully compatible with prescription eyewear, the EVO® VISTAlens® allows the individual wearer's prescription glasses to be comfortably worn underneath the integrated overspec, reducing cost and ensuring protection and vision are not compromised.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE
Pivot arms allow EVO® VISTAlens® to be retracted and deployed seamlessly. Pivots smoothly giving a wide arc allowing for prescription spectacles to be worn.
COMPATIBILITY

VENTILATION
The shell is dual vented to increase comfort and allow a cooling air flow, reducing helmet temperature by an average 2-3 degrees. Ventilation is optional.
CR2 REFLECTIVITY
CR2 is a high intensity reflective material offering, on average, 60% more reflectivity than standard reflective clothing. CR2 is optional.
TPR LENS SEAL
The TPR (thermoplastic rubber) seal on the lens moulds to the wearer's face, creating a good seal for better projectile protection and increased comfort.
VISION
The optical class 1 overspec offers a panoramic view with minimal distortion. Conforms to EN 166.1.BT. The safety lens offers B-rated impact protection - tested with 6mm steel ball bearing at speeds of up to 270mph (435kph).
