Hardcap™ A1+ Bump Cap
The new HardCap™ A1+ is another major innovation from JSP in head protection design. Designed to exceed the most recent standards, EN812:2012, years of thought and design iterations have been undertaken to develop a product that is unrivalled in both performance and style. Sleek and low profile, it's almost impossible to distinguish from a standard 'high street' baseball cap.

The unique angled adjuster designed to fit under the occipital bone at the rear of the skull means that one size really does fit all, particularly when combined with the castellated protective liner. The liner is removable, therefore the cap part is machine-washable for hygiene purposes. It has a terrytowelling sweatband for added comfort and all colour-ways have subtle reflective piping for added visibility safety.

Ventilation
Extra holes in the liner plus the two mesh panels on the outer mean added ventilation for coolness and comfort.

Unique Adjuster

Cool Airflow - The HardCap AeroLite® is arguably the coolest bump cap on the market providing better air flow than the HardCap A1+™ and all of its competitors.
Completely Lightweight - Weighing less than 135g without compromising safety HardCap AeroLite® is made using a lightweight EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) impact liner combined with a tough HDPE shell. All wrapped in a lightweight baseball style outer cap.
Clean Odourless - Both the sweatband and comfort liner have been coated with Polygiene®, an anti-bacterial treatment that acts as an internal deodorant counteracting the development of unpleasant odours. Thanks to its hygienic function it effectively prevents bacterial proliferation by increasing freshness and comfort of the fabric in contact with skin greatly reducing the risk of contact dermatitis. Polygiene® has a UK Class 1 medical certificate and offers a life-time guarantee for odour control.
Quick Drying - The integrated sweatband is designed to be moisture wicking allowing liquids to spread out across the fabric increasing the rate of evaporation.
