About the filters

• These filters are high efficiency particulate types supplied in pairs.
• They will filter most particulate matter such as dust, spores, mist and fumes.
• They will not filter gases, vapours or toxic substances

The SR 100 half mask is an Air Purifying Respirator (APR) made of silicone in three sizes, i.e. S/M, M/L and L/XL. The mask is equipped with two exhalation valves, which ensures very low exhalation resistance. The valve covers with partitions effectively protect the exhalation membrane against dust and paint mist. The material and pigment of the mask body are approved by FDA and BGA for foods, which minimizes the risk of contact allergies. The easily adjustable elastic head harness straps of the mask are designed as a V-shaped loop and have a large dished crown plate, which contributes towards a comfortable and safe fit. The mask is used either as an APR in combination with filters and/or cartridges from the Sundström range, or in combination with the SR 307 compressed air attachment, this combination is called a Type C Continuous Flow Supplied Air Respirator (SAR). A pre-filter holder for simple checking of the performance are supplied. Best stored in box SR 230 or storage case SR 339.

3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Respirator Filters, TR-300+ Series provide protection against dusts, mists and other particulate hazards when use with 3M™ Versaflo Powered Air Respirator, TR-300 Series and a 3M™ approved headtop.

Get protection against dust, mist and fumes, and nuisance acid gases or organic vapours with 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Respirator Filters, TR-300+ Series. Our filters are designed to be used with 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Turbo TR-300+ and are CE approved. Certain filters provide protection against nuisance level Organic Vapours or Acid Gases (concentrations below the occupational exposure limit). Filters are easy to connect to the turbo unit and the 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Respirator, TR-302E features an audible and visual alarm to let you know when to replace your filter.

Filter cover for use with the TR-6580E filter. 3M recommends the use of the filter cover in order to help protect the TR-6580E from physical damage. It is also used to hold the TR-6600 Prefilter or TR-662 Spark Arrestor in place. The TR-6500FC should be replaced when damaged. The filter cover may be cleaned and reused.

Under equivalent conditions, the TR-632 high capacity battery provides extended system durations when compared to the TR-630 standard battery. The TR-632 will charge in less than 4 hours. For a lightweight, rechargeable and long-lasting lithium-ion battery for 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Turbo TR-600 Series, use 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery, High Capacity, TR-632. A new high capacity battery can provide your turbo system with 9.5-19 hours of use at a standard flow rate when equipped with a new particulate filter (TR-6710E). System duration will vary based on battery age, filter loading, filter selection and user selected airflow setting. Under equivalent conditions, the TR-632 high capacity battery provides extended system durations when compared to the TR-630 standard battery. This battery back charges in less than four hours and features a light-up charge level indicator. It’s practical and can be rinsed or temporarily submerged in water for easy cleaning. TR-644E Battery Charger Kit is a complete 4-station battery charger for use with the 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Turbo TR-600 Series. It consists of four TR-640 Cradles, a Baseplate, Power Supply and Lead.

For charging up to 4 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Turbo TR-600 Series batteries simultaneously, use 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery Charger Kit, TR-644E. Our battery kit will charge four standard batteries (TR-630) or high capacity batteries (TR-632) in less than 4 hours, which can then be stored on the cradle once fully charged, ready for immediate use. The kit includes four charging cradles, a baseplate, power supply and lead.
